Decoration, Bathroom & Kitchen Renovations started in 2011 with one tiler, a ute and a trailer. The work came almost entirely from neighbours — one bathroom in Regents Park led to the one next door, then a kitchen up the road. We never advertised for the first six years, and most weeks we still don't need to.
Today we are a small licensed crew handling bathrooms, kitchens, whole-home renovations and tiling across Brisbane and Logan. Deliberately small. We run two or three projects at a time rather than ten, because the difference between a good renovation and a bad one is almost always attention — and attention does not scale by hiring more salespeople.
Every job is run by the person who quoted it. That sounds like a small thing until something unexpected turns up behind a wall, and the person making the call is the one who measured the room rather than someone reading a file in an office.

The Tools
We are a renovation builder, not a design studio that subcontracts the building out. The crew on your site is our crew — the same tilers, carpenters and project manager, job after job. Our plumbers and electricians have worked with us for over a decade. Nobody is meeting each other for the first time in your hallway, which is precisely why the sequencing holds together.
We are licensed and insured, we quote a fixed price before demolition, and we back our workmanship for ten years. None of that is unusual for a good builder. What seems to be unusual — judging by what clients tell us about their last renovation — is answering the phone, showing up on the day we said, and cleaning the site before we leave it.
If we would not accept the finish in our own home, it does not get signed off in yours. That has been the whole standard since day one.

Dust protection goes up on day one and the site is swept before we leave each afternoon. You are still living here — we work like it.

Australian-made cabinetry, full adhesive coverage, certified membranes. We spend money where it is invisible, because that is where failures start.
We Answer Afterwards
A ten-year workmanship warranty is only worth the phone being picked up. Call us in year six and you will get the same number.
